Deliveries


We offer store truck delivery within a 30 mile radius for a nominal fee. In-store pickups are also welcomed.

Shipping


1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping services to customers within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We do not provide international shipping services.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary. We will make our best efforts to keep you informed of any delays. Warehouses ship Monday - Friday.

Upon placing an order, a one-hour window will be provided for cancellation or order modification, during which we will make every effort to accommodate your request. After that, all orders are finalized.

3. Shipping Methods

We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. You can choose from the following shipping methods during the checkout process:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

- Next-Day Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, manufacturer lead time, and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, hazmat status, and destination of your order.

Shipping costs are subject to change and we will promptly notify our customers if any adjustments are made.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping for orders over $2000 via ground shipping. One pallet limit only, special order items will incur shipping fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and receive estimated delivery dates.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Addresses entered incorrectly or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us, necessitating an additional shipping charge for reshipment.

7. Signature Requirement

For security purposes, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign your package, the carrier will leave a notification with further instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or pickup.

8. Shipping Damage & Lost Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Shipping Delays

We are committed to delivering your order within the estimated timeframe; however, external factors such as weather conditions, common carrier/manufacturer delays, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

10. Hazardous Material

We strictly adhere to shipping restrictions and regulations imposed by local, state, federal, and international authorities. California Waterproofing Supply reserves the right to refuse the shipment of hazardous materials that do not comply with these regulations. Before ordering hazardous materials from our website, please ensure that you are aware of and fully comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the transportation of hazardous goods.
